(d) The Oklahoma State Department of Health reserves the right to modify requirements during the course of this contract by changing the scope of work, deliverables, and timeframes, as well as addition or deletion of tasks to be performed or equipment to be provided and/or any other modification deemed necessary. The Oklahoma State Department of Health may seek clarification from a bidder at any time, and failure to respond is cause for rejection. (b) The Oklahoma State Department of Health reserves the right to reject any or all contract proposals, to award in whole or in part, and to waive minor defects. (a) The Oklahoma State Department of Health is authorized to enter into contracts with third party administrators to establish a system for processing claims for payment pursuant to the United States Department of Agriculture's Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). The Universal Enrollment Services (UES) website provides enrollment information and services for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) programs.
